As you know, I sometimes get into the "over-training realm" and have difficulty getting out of it until it is too late. In the past, this has lead to crappy WOD performances and a deflated ego!<br /><br />REST is key to making gains...it has taken me awhile to establish that discipline, but I have finally learned. Kind of a reverse way of thinking though, huh? The majority of people have a tough time GOING to the gym, while we have a tough time NOT GOING!
